Craig Puller

Craig Puller is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. 

Craig completed his Master of Science Degree in Counsellor Education (with a focus on Clinical Mental Health) from Radford University in Virginia, USA.

Moreover. he has earned certificates in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, to name a few. He also took an extensive course to become a Registered Behavior Technician, which uses Applied Behaviour Analysis for the treatment of children with Autism. In July 2019, Craig became a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

Craig provides counselling to children, adults and families. Furthermore, he has counselled children in schools. He also assists aspiring and existing professionals in developing their careers. 

He uses various evidence-based theories and methodologies, such as client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, family sytems therapy, narrative therapy, existential therapy, play therapy and mindfulness.

Jacqueline Grattan

Jacqueline Grattan is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. She is a qualified counsellor and is currently continuing to improve her skills and knowledge by completing a Master's in Integrative Psychotherapy. 

Jacqueline has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years, commencing her career as a Samaritan. Following this, she spent many years in addiction recovery centres, working with groups and offering individual support for drug, alcohol and many other substance addictions which create dependency issues.

Her therapeutic approach integrates elements of Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapies, with both a humanistic and relational emphasis on the co-creation  of authentic therapeutic relationships.

 

Currently, as well as working at Pivot Point, Jacqueline also has a position within an NHS trust where she works therapeutically with an embodied trauma focused approach. She uses various theories including relational, behavioural activation solution focused therapy

As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), she works within the guidelines, code of ethics and professional standards set by the BACP.
